The wonderful historical spa - hotel `Heraklion`, with a surface of 1500 m2 (auxiliary spaces m2 69), is one of the

With neoclassical elements in its facades, which make up the spa town`s own unique architecture, it is a landmark of this magical place, in its most privileged part for vacation for rest, in contact with spa nature. With a rich history, it awaits the right investor to shine again. Edipsos is a spa - town ready to be reborn and regain the glory of its past. The building needs restoration. The price includes all the plans for a complete renovation and expansion project of the hotel. As an architect, I am directly interested in improving the structured environment of my place to acquire its old glamor.
