This is a 920 m2 plot of land which is actually divided by 2, seated 30 m from the seaside. On the first have there are 4 houses ( which are set to be updated and made up as new starting january of 2021), and the other half has a construction permit. We are located in Agia Triada, which is 26 km to Thessaloniki, and 12km to the airport. I also have to mention that we are the only ones in the village that have 2 plots of land united, for everyone gas 450 m2 each. The village is a highly touristical place in the summer, but also in the winter( for it is quite close to the mountain area). In the summer we also have ferries from the village to the city on a regular basis. Agia Triada has good taverns where you will eat the best fish and sea food( local I must add), great coffee shops, bars, hotels or small airbnb bussinesses.
Our plan is to start buildind small wooden and stone bungalows (starting on the empty plot, and eventually going on to the one that already has houses on).
However due to the crisis here in Greece , we have decided.to sell. We continue our plans in the meantime.
