The house is in an exclusive condominium, and at about 400 meters from one of the most beautiful beach of Sardinia. The way to reach the beach is internal and private, they are little and quiet streets surrounded by the greenery of beautiful villas. The access to the condominium is private, it’s meaning that there is a power bar that rises with the keys. In this way, only residents can enter and have access to this part of the beach.
The house surrounded by greenery in a mini-block of 4 units, is on two floors, a ground floor with living room, kitchen, two bedrooms (one with single bed, other one with double bed) and a bathroom, patio with garden and a basement with two bedrooms ( two double bed) and two bathrooms and room service. The basement rooms have large windows and are well protected from the summer heat. On the beach there is a chairs and umbrella's service included in rental price
The house is very close to a golf club and a riding and about 1 km from the town of Villasimius (markets, restaurants, shops, etc) and 1 km from Marina where it’s possible arrange trips by boat to admire the little islands of Cape Carbonara, which is a protected marine reserve. Beside the beach there is a pond (you can see it from the pictures) with pink flamingos. Villasimius is located in the South-East region of Sardinia, about 45 km from Cagliari, Sardinia's main city where there is the airport of Cagliari-Elmas, where flights arrive from Rome and Milan as well as international flights.
