The house is located in the neighborhood of Viseu city (11 km), nearby a village in the parish of Silgueiros; the last km to reach it is a beautiful grit country road between vineyards and a pine forest. The house was constructed on a slope in the valley of river Dão, it has sunlight all day long and it is surrounded by a spectacular panoramic and clean countryside view.
