Only 10 minutes from the sea and from Civitanova Marche and 30 minutes from the mountains where countless mountain bike and ski tracks are located. Finally restored in August 2011, with high-quality interiors, we thought we could spend our entire lifetime in it but we really need a garden now.
An elevator can be built with an investment of only 13,000€. The house has three terraces which form a total area of 20 sqm (120 sqm total living area), one of these terraces is well protected from the sun and the bad weather by a roof.
The apartment is just 300 meters from the main piazza of the village, the post office is across the street and the bus stop just below the house. In the ground floor a hairdressing salon and even the village kiosk will shortly be opened . The supermarket and the bank are located only 50 meters away and the underlying road leads directly to a less visited, beautiful forest.
The building was built in the 60 years and therefore it has with very thick walls, however we decided to build an inner shell made of plywood and solid wall, in this way is the house warm in the winter (even with turned off radiators over 19°)and thanks also to the thermal windows cool in summer.
Upon request for only 4.000€ ,we can leave the kitchen that was made-to-measure, with other 2.000€ we leave also the water softener which converts the tap water into fresh, delicious drinking water.
The bathrooms will be left as furnished in the photos. The apartment is equipped with a winch which can be used at any times for heavy loads.
Brand-new floor heating: once you use it, you cannot live without it, the house is in only 40 minutes heated (with a minimum effort of the boilers).
The sun shines on the house from morning until late in the evening, and privacy is guaranteed by the height of the apartment. 360 ° view.
No additional costs, only 50 € per year for electricity and stair cleaning.
Fabulous neighbors, all Italians, very kind and generous. In the village there is no crime, great area.
