Ski Resort Gite de Sejour Business With Large Appart
Established Gite business (with 3 bed owner appartment) situated in the French Pyrenean mountains accomodating up to forty guests in ten rooms for summer and winter seasons. The Gite is situated on the same moutain as the Luz Ardiden ski station (base station 1730 metre) and only twenty minutes drive to Domaine de Tourmalet (La Mongie), which is one of the largest and most popular ski stations in the Pyrenees. Water is heated by a large oil fired industrial grade furnace which delivers for owners and guests alike and is very reliable. We are registered with Gite de France and have a class of three "epis" out of a possible four.
