In the heart of Athens, at the junction of Alexandras Avenue and Patission Street, is the "Isias Building", as it is still known today. It has an unobstructed view to the Pedion tou Areos, one of the largest public parks in Athens, and is a designated historical monument. It now hosts the "Plakas Arts Centre" in the three upper floors which are part of the property. The luxury neoclassical building has an outstanding architectural design aesthetic and is a dominant presence in the surrounding area.
