An outstanding village house / cottage suitable for yearlong living located in a picturesque village of Vysehradne near small town of Nitrianske Pravno. Built by German miner colonizers, it features original architecture and honestly-carried out handwork. It is partly reconstructed and has 2 floors with 3 rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The room upstairs is inlaid with red spruce. The heating system consists of electric heaters (radiators) and heating stoves for wood. In the yard there is a second building which used to be a farm house and was rebuilt with clay bricks into a spacious double garage and an idyllic winebar room.

In close vicinity there are various possibilities of recreation, sports, hobbies:
- many ski resorts, the closest one is Fackovske sedlo
- all kinds of hiking (and biking) possibilities in the beautiful Slovakian Karpat mountains
- spas, e.g. in small towns of Rajecke Teplice and Bojnice
- a zoo and an impressive castle in Bojnice
- a village of Cicmany with unique architecture - traditional houses and culture, a ski slope and paragliding

The location is ideal, as it is located 2 hours from the capital Bratislava and 3 hours by car from the Austrian capital Vienna.
