Villa Levantina is an exclusive Spanish style villa, situated in a privileged area of Sitges called Levantina. Here you have a total privacy and a peaceful neighborhood, ideal for a relaxed vacation. This residential area famous with the view it provides. And once you are here - you will understand it. The villa has a most FANTASTIC VIEW on the sea and the whole Sitges.

The layout of the villa is a very typical Spanish and unique in a way that it has a separate fully-equipped guest house with 2 sleeps and own big bathroom and kitchen.

The whole area divided into 4 levels: 2-stores house: upper floor - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big walk-in closet in a master bedroom, down floor - kitchen attached with a living room and a bathroom. Both levels have very nice terraces. On the third level down there is the guest house and a barbecue area and on the forth level there is a swimming pool. Big infinity swimming pool with a sea view is one more big asset of this villa!

Location:

The villa is located in peaceful neighborhood, but at the same time, it is only 2 km to the city center, with its busy life and loads of bars, restaurants, shops, night clubs, etc. and the same distance to the nearest beach. That is why we suggest our guests to come by cars.

Barcelona is very easy to reach from here: it will take you around 30 min by train to get from the Sitges city center to the Barcelona downtown; also there is a highway in less then 1 km from the villa, which goes straight to the centre of Barcelona.

We have two airports close-by. They are Barcelona - El Prat (20 min). You can also fly to Girona and then take the train, bus or car which takes you about 90 minutes to reach the house.

If you like active holidays – make use of all the sports Sitges offer: here we have 2 golf courses in the neighborhood, big tennis courts, and closest ski resort is only 2 hours drive. So as you can see, here you can find whatever need for a perfect vocation.

City:

Sitges is a very beautiful and open cosmopolitan town, with amazing beaches and more than 300 sunny days a year. Its exceptional location provides an easy access to the town: just 35 km south of Barcelona and 15 km from ElPrat Airport.

Extra services that we offer:

The hostess that will welcome you and is responsible for the fact that everything is at your wish, is able to take care of the children at night when you go for dinner or a drink. She can stay over to sleep in the service room if necessary.This service does have a cost of 12 Euro per hour.

We can provide scooters for you to rent. We have 125cc scooters which cost 200 Euro per week, bicycles for 35 Euro per week. *Please reserve in advance.

We can also rent you one or two vans for 8 people each. The price for one is only 425 € per week. (limited availability) including airport pick up and drop off. Please ask us for further details.

Dinner service: We have made a deal with an excellent English chef who can cook for you some or every night. In case you like to use this service we can send you a menu by email. The costs are 35 Euro per person including a half bottle of wine per person. Children of 12 years or below get a menu for half price.

Breakfast service: 75 Euro/week/person

Free groceries delivery service if you buy over 40 Euro.
