The main house is a two-story house:
- In the top floor is a bedroom with 1 double bed, chimeney and bathroom.
- In the bottom floor is one bedromm with 2 single beds, one bathroom, living room with one sofa bed, dining room and the kitchen.
Closed to the main house there is another bedroom (El Cuartito) with one sofa bed and one bathroom.
In the exterior of the house there are several places for relax: a pond to swim in the grass place, outdoor sitting covered with barbecue and vegetable and fruit tree garden.
For the slow travel lovers indicated that in this area there is lot of track for trekking or bike. Other interested places are:
- Campo de Golf (600m)
- Ciudad Deportiva Tacoronte (1km): aquatic activities, fitness, padel, etc
- Centro hípico La Esperanza (1km): ride horses
