Any recommendations to oil or gas fired boilers? I'd need to heat the place but will also need hot water for kitchen and up to 3 bathrooms.
I'm told that I would be better off with a conventional boiler rather than a combi due to the size of the house. I am able and willing to do the kitchen and bathroom installations, piping and hanging of rads so would need fuel tank, pipework for the same, boiler supplied? and fitted and commissioned.
Any ideas? Ballpark figures? Anyone else done the same in the past year or two?

Additionally we would want to rent out the property as holiday and weekend lets. However our concerns are;
- would there be sufficient interest to do so
- is there a demand for holiday houses in this area
- are there any property management agents in France, or would UK based be preferable who could manage the poperty and arrange for its rental ?
