The Pool The Pool (fenced) : 10m x 5m & 1m to 2m deep with Roman steps. Pool Maintanence : Rental prices include 3 visits per week during your stay to clean and maintain chemical levels in the pool. Also includes instruction for a member of each party on how to do a general clean of the pool. Call out charge is €25 plus €10 per hour - all deductions will be made upon departure. Access to the pump and operational equipment is not permitted. Regarding the light from the pool - from experience this attracts bugs and insects to the pool at night. This is the reason why the equipment is not accesible to guests. The pool is situated between the main house (les bambous) and the gate lodge. All of which are situated on the one large property. As this is a shared pool each party must respect the other guests equal access to the grounds and the pool area. Property Information On arrival, usually on Saturday between 4 and 6 pm, you will be asked for a security deposit of €150 to cover any damage, excess use of gas, electricity, heating, etc. Rental prices include sufficient electricity (up to 8 units per day) gas and water for basic domestic use. Cleaning is not included in rental prices. Properties must be left clean for the next occupants. Should cleaning be required there is an end of stay cleaning service based on €10 an hour.
