Location

The picturesque medieval town of Grimaud is only minutes away, as well as the super chic Port Grimaud, and the traditional country villages of Plan de la Tour and La Garde-Freinet. The apartments offer massive rental potential, as they are in a prime position for exploring the Var region or just soaking up the sun in the summer months. Rental incomes in July/August for a 2 bedroom property are currently around £800-£1000 per week.
