| Wonderful villa which offers you breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea, the beaches and of Cap Taillat, is located in a quiet region on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, at l’Escalet. It’s just five minutes walking to the beach. The village of Ramatuelle is at two and famous Saint-Tropez at ten kilometers. Inside you find two living rooms, a large and a smaller one with plasma TV screen. Both are air-conditioned. There is a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The large living has sliding doors giving way to the spacious terrace with lounge and dining area, where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner and the beautiful sea view at the same time. The five large bedrooms have double beds, air-conditioning and each a private bathroom. Two smaller bedrooms, one with two beds and one with one bed (perfect for children or staff) have one bathroom. All bedrooms have satellite TV’s, a safe and are part of the overall alarm system which is connected to a security company. Outside you find the large swimming pool with panoramic view of the sea, a pool house with summer kitchen and dining area. The gorgeous garden has large pine trees with cool shaded spots and a petanque playground. A garage, linen room and a large car park complete this extraordinary property. The villa can be rented the whole year, with a minimum of two weeks. In high season a cook (€ 700.- p.w.) must be included in the rental agreement.
