The house is fully equipped, with aircon, dishwasher, laundry opportunity, two porches with furniture and bbq. 10x5 meter swimming pool. Sheets and towels are included. I can also offer half or full board, or a single meal if the guest doesn’t feel like making their own meals. Less than 3 minutes away lies two villages with supermarkets, bakery and the like. Beautiful areas among vineyards, with view of ocean and mountains, are less than 5 minutes away. A great place to relax for a walk.
The area is called Roussillon – There are vineyards and fruit farms everywhere, there are several wide beaches, small charming fishing and art villages - lots of great shopping, culture and nature. There is several golf and skiresorts. The beach is only 20 min. away, 10 min. to Perpignan, which is a very charming and exciting city, 45 min. to the first skiresorts, where they have hot springs for bathing in wintertime. You also have the opportunity to visit Barcelona or Andorra in less than two hours.
The climate is the best in France with more than 300 sunny days a year, and seldom we see rain.
