This two-story, grey stone and slate house is located in a department of northern Brittany called the Cotes d’Armor. It’s a terraced house in the center of a small village called Prat.
The layout is roughly the same on both floors; two large rooms (≈ 35 m˛ each). Downstairs these rooms make a spacious kitchen and dining area and a large front room. Also downstairs is the bathroom, complete with toilet, basin, bath tub and separate shower. The floor in the kitchen and the stairs are in dark wood and gives a lot of character to the house. Within a 5 minute walking distance there is a bakery, a small grocery store, two bars, a hairdresser, sports grounds and two schools. There is also a lovely countryside walk around a small lake called l’étang de Poulouguer.
The closest big supermarket is in a small town called Bégard which is a 5 minute drive away. Within a 15 minute drive from the house there are two main towns; Lannion and Guingamp. Both have lots of shops and convenience stores.
Within roughly 15-20 minutes by car there is a vast choice of Breton beaches and seaside walks.
